150 children at Baitadi local school fall ill
Baitadi, Feb 5: Around 150 students at Sharadha Secondary School at Masta VDC in the district have fallen ill, the school administration said.
The school teacher Krishna Prasad Upadhyay said that the students have shown symptoms of headaches, vomiting and viral fever.
He added that they are on the verge of closing the school due to this situation.
The school has more than 300 students.
Dr Milan Silwal of the District Public Health Office said that accessing the symptoms of the affected students, they are suffering from viral fever and that a health has been dispatched to the affected area.
