Police escort 400 vehicles to their destinations
Saptari, Sept. 28: Police have escorted some 400 vehicles to their destinations in Saptari districts as the vehicles were stranded in different parts of the district due to an indefinite strike in the region.
The indefinite strike enforced by the agitating Madhes-based political parties for the past 45 days has severely affected the normal life in the district.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Narayan Prasad Chimauriya said that the goods-laden trucks and other vehicles carrying passengers were sent to their destinations including in Sunsari and Siraha. RSS
