Yogesh Bhattarai inducted as Tourism Minister
Kathmandu, July 31: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has expanded his Cabinet by inducting Yogesh Bhattarai as Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation in the Council of Ministers.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed Minister Bhattarai at the office of the President on Wednesday.
Bhattarai, a standing committee member of the ruling Nepal Communist Party, was elected member of the House of Representatives from Taplejung district.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had been handling the Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Ministry ever since the then Tourism and Civil Aviation Minister Rabindra Adhikari died at a chopper crash on February 27.
